On June 2, 2022, at the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, a final meeting of a second stage under a joint program of the Ministry, UNFPA Georgia Country Office and organization „Tanadgoma“ was held.

During the meeting, Deputy Minister of Education and Science Mrs. Tamar Makharashvili thanked the parties involved in the program for cooperation and spoke about importance of raising awareness and increasing knowledge about safety and healthy lifestyle among school students.

The second pilot of the program „Doctor’s hour“ was implemented in 12 public schools at the elementary education level. Under the pilot lesson’s plans were prepared for I-VI grades according  to UNESCO standards.

At the meeting representatives of schools engaged in the pilot made presentations of the activities implemented in their respective schools.
